🥚 Foods Class recently whipped up omelets in a mug! Students got creative with their ingredients, choosing from onions, green or red peppers, fresh mushrooms, and their favorite cheese or bacon.
🥔 They also made stuffed baked potatoes and compared our homemade version to store-bought frozen ones. The students found that our homemade potatoes had fewer ingredients, fewer calories, and much less saturated fat. Now, they're diving into making fresh cornbread!
🧑🍳 Great job, students!

🥾 The students enjoyed scenic walks and breathtaking sightseeing, creating memories that will last a lifetime. When asked about their adventure, they said they'd "definitely do it again!"
☀️ It truly was a blast!

⭐ The day will begin with a complimentary breakfast for service members and their families in the BHS commons. Following breakfast, we will gather in the gymnasium to celebrate their patriotism, service, and sacrifice.
❤️ We look forward to seeing you at this meaningful event.

🍌 In the kitchen, our students have been getting creative and making delicious treats. They turned super ripe bananas into banana bread donuts!
🥣 They also whipped up roasted chickpeas, overnight oatmeal, and a variety of hummus flavors.
🍴 By preparing their own food, students are discovering that homemade dishes can be healthier, with fewer preservatives, artificial flavors, and other additives. It's been a fun and educational experience for everyone!
