📄 7th grade students in ELA and Geography completed an engaging mini-unit titled "Job Seeker." During this unit, students began by reflecting on their own skills and qualities that make them employable. They then explored job opportunities available to teens in our area, filled out job applications, obtained letters of reference, and crafted cover letters.
🤝 To further enhance their learning experience, students participated in mock interviews with volunteers from our community and school district. This provided them with valuable practice in their interview skills.
😊 A heartfelt thank you to the volunteer interviewers who dedicated their time to support our students. Your contributions are greatly appreciated by both the students and staff!
