Students who are new to the Berlin Area School District or are returning after transferring out of the District.
In order to enroll into the Berlin Area School District, you must meet one of the following criteria:
- Your student must reside within the Berlin Area School District
- You have applied and been approved for your student to attend under the open enrollment program
Please gather the following information which is required for enrollment:
- Proof of Residency (any of these documents qualify if your name is on the document: Utility Bill, Real Estate Tax Bill, Mortgage Statement, Lease Agreement)
- Immunization Records
- Birth Certificate (you may be asked to bring this in to the school)
