Clay Lamberton Elementary School is seeking two part-time Reading Tutors to join the Reading Corps team beginning in January. These positions offer a meaningful opportunity to help students strengthen their reading skills, build confidence, and develop a love of reading.

Tutors serve up to 35 hours per week during daytime hours that align with the school day. The Monday–Friday schedule includes no weekends, with time off on holidays and school release days. Weekly hours are reduced during weeks that include these breaks.

These positions are employed by Ampact, rather than the Berlin Area School District, and are not eligible for Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) benefits.
