Due to tomorrow’s high expected wind gusts, the Berlin High School Graduation Ceremony will be held indoors in the BHS Gymnasium. We are confident it will still be a wonderful evening celebrating the Class of 2026!

Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Seating:
Bleacher and chair seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To help accommodate all guests, we kindly ask families to sit close together and move toward the center of sections when possible. Guests who are comfortable using the bleachers are encouraged to do so, helping reserve chair seating for elderly and disabled spectators.
Parking & Entrance Information:
The same parking plan will remain in place for the indoor ceremony. Parking will be available south of the commons, in the east student lot, the north staff lot, and along Memorial Drive. Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to use the middle school parking lot or designated handicap parking near the event lot for easier access. Guests may enter through the south gym entrance, the commons entrance (Door P, northside), or the east entrance of the middle school (Door J).
Photography & Livestream:
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos from their seats as long as the views are not blocked. Please remain seated and do not approach the stage for pictures. Professional photos by Rachel Van Den Hout Photography will be available for free download following graduation.

Important Reminders:
To help ensure a safe and respectful ceremony for all, please do not bring confetti poppers, noisemakers, signs, or any other disruptive items. Loud or sudden noises can create unnecessary disruption and concern. As a reminder, tobacco, nicotine/vapes, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on school grounds.
Restrooms will be available in the commons and the middle school hallway.
Programs will be available near the gym entrance and in the commons.
