The Wordsmiths of Berlin have announced the winners of their 11th Annual Short Story Contest, celebrating exceptional writing talent among students.
Third Place: Taylor Van Ornum with "The Scarer, Chapter 1" has secured the third position, earning a prize of $10.
Second Place: Sarah Majeskie's “Alone in the Universe?” received the second-place honor, accompanied by a $20 prize.
First Place: Ewan Steffen's “The Cold Rail” claimed the top spot, earning a $30 prize for his outstanding work.
