Clay Lamberton Elementary School teacher Tricia Stellmacher has been selected as an Outstanding Educator, a recognition that celebrates her positive impact on students and her dedication to education.
The award is presented by WEA Member Benefits in partnership with Wisconsin Athletics. It honors Wisconsin public school employees who make a meaningful difference in the lives of their students.
For Stellmacher, the honor was especially meaningful. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she was proud to be recognized through a program connected to her alma mater.
As part of the celebration, Stellmacher and three fellow teachers from Clay Lamberton Elementary School received tickets to attend a Wisconsin Badgers women's hockey game at LaBahn Arena in Madison. During a break in the game, she was recognized near the ice. The group enjoyed cheering on the Badgers and celebrating the special moment together.
Stellmacher shared that she feels grateful to work alongside such a hardworking and dedicated staff. She added that the real reward is being part of a school community committed to supporting students every day.
Clay Lamberton students are fortunate to have educators who go above and beyond to make a difference!
