🔪🫑 As part of their dual credit course with MPTC, they applied their ServSafe skills effectively. They washed produce to prevent foodborne illnesses, used separate cutting boards to avoid cross-contamination, and cooked proteins perfectly. This ensured that every bite was safe and delicious!
👏 Well done, students!

❄️ Chilly days, warm hearts! ❤️
Our BHS Education for Parenting class recently teamed up with Mrs. Goettl's second graders for a walk to the park to admire the trees. The older students also lent a helping hand in the elementary classroom.
We're so grateful for the amazing partnership between these two classes!

🌟 Every student lit up the stage. A big thank you for the fantastic entertainment—you all rocked it!

We wish all our students a joyful Thanksgiving break! We are truly grateful for each and every one of you! 🧡🤎

Mrs. Daubner's Food For Living class recently made pumpkin bread using fresh ingredients!
🥧 Meanwhile, in Mrs. Keyes's Food Service Class, students baked homemade pies!
They also crafted whole wheat pancakes, lasagna, garlic bread, and snickerdoodles. So many fun and educational activities are happening in the foods lab!

The team “Birthday Boy 4869C” made up of seniors Daniel Dunbar and James Paskey, made it to the semi-finals at the Lomira Early Season Kickoff: Blended VEX V5 Robotics Competition. This ranked them in the top 8 teams of the competition. During one round of the tournament portion of the competition, the team beat another alliance 142 to 0 and were told by the referees that they were currently tied for the highest score in the world.
This season's VEX V5 challenge, "Push Back," involves scoring by moving "Blocks" into "Goals," controlling zones, and parking robots in alliance zones by the end of the match. Great job, team! 🎉🤖
