The Berlin High School VEX Robotics Team 4869C, “Birthday Boy,” delivered an outstanding performance at the state competition. The team went 9–1 in the qualification matches, finishing ranked No. 3 out of 48 teams.
Although their tournament run ended in the quarterfinals, the team’s strong overall performance earned them a No. 6 ranking in the Skills Competition. That result secured Team 4869C a spot at the VEX Robotics World Championship as one of Wisconsin’s qualifying teams.
The World Championship will take place April 21–24 in St. Louis, Missouri, where the team will compete against top robotics teams from around the world.
Team members include Daniel Dunbar, James Paskey, and Mitchell Shubat. Berlin High School congratulates the team on this accomplishment and wishes them the best as they prepare to compete at the world level.
