Berlin High School Local Scholarship: The local scholarship application period will be March 2nd-20th, 2020. No early submissions will be accepted, and ALL APPLICATION MUST BE TYPED. Turn in applications to Mrs. Sobieski in the office by 3:30 p.m. on March 20, 2020.

Fastweb: Fastweb provides access to over 1.5 million scholarships to help pay for college. Students create an account and Fastweb sorts through all scholarship files to match students with relevant applications.

Fox River Scholarship Center: The Fox River Scholarship Center is the most complete online source for scholarships available to students in the Wisconsin counties of Winnebago, Green Lake and Waushara Counties, and the City of Ripon in Fond du Lac County. The site also serves students from other regions of the United States if their parents work for certain employers based in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area.

Scholarships.com: This search engine helps match scholarships, grants and other financial aid options that fit student interests and plans.

StudentScholarships.org has been providing scholarship information to students and scholarship management services to companies and students since 2003. 

CollegeCovered.com:  Students could win $2,500 to help pay for college!

 

Individual Scholarship Information:

American Legion Scholarships: The American Legion Department of Wisconsin provides several scholarship programs for seniors, including American Legion Baseball Scholarship and Eagle Scout of the Year, among others. Each scholarship has its own deadline; view the website for more information. 

Badger Mining Corporation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from the area school districts where BMC has facilities and is pursuing a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or other Engineering curriculum and/or Environmental Science. Read the criteria for the scholarship.  If you feel you are eligible, add the scholarship to your basket, then click on “Go to Basket” and this is where you can click into the on-line application. Deadline February 28

Wisconsin Sports Awards Scholarship Contest, Are you a Wisconsin high school senior athlete with big plans for the future? We’ve helped some of the top student-athletes across the state reach their academic and athletic goals — and we’re here to help you reach yours too! Simply apply by February 29, 2019 for your chance to win up to a $7,500 scholarship for continuing education and a VIP trip to the Wisconsin Sports Awards!

Charlie Marks Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Berlin High School and Green Lake High School. Applicants must be planning to major in an Environmental Field at a 2-yr or 4-yr college/university. Applicants must be passionate about Environmental issues, such as water quality, and protection of lakes and rivers. Applicants must have outstanding personal characteristics, be involved in high school extra-curricular activities, and volunteer in their community. Deadline: March 15, 2020

Wayne Remer Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Berlin High School. Applicants must be planning to attend a 4 or 2 year college/university or a Technical College. Preference is given to an applicant with plans to earn a degree in Agriculture, Auto Mechanic, or Fire Safety. Applicant must be involved in school activities, and volunteering in the community.  Deadline: March 15, 2020

WISCONSIN AVIATION HALL OF FAME SCHOLARSHIPS The Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame (WAHF) works closely with the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin (CFONCW) in administering a scholarship program that provides scholarship funding to students throughout the state of Wisconsin interested in pursuing an education and career in the aviation or aerospace field. General eligibility requirements for the various scholarships include the following.  Applicant must:  Plan to pursue an education in the aviation/aerospace field,   Be a resident of Wisconsin for at least two years, Demonstrate a passion for a career in the aviation/aerospace field,   Be active in community and extracurricular activities;   Have a minimum 3.0 GPA; Students are encouraged to apply through the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin's online scholarship application. Once the student is registered in the site, they can choose the Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame scholarship application from the menu of scholarship opportunities. Deadline March 15, 2020

Cellcom is proud to award sixteen $750 scholarships to graduating high school seniors across our service area. Cellcom scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic record, potential to succeed, leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience and an essay on community impact. March 16, 2020

Silver Creek Dentistry & Orthodontics Scholarship. The mission of the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to individuals enrolled for undergraduate study in the medical sciences. The Scholarship principally targets two and four year academic programs for graduating seniors from the schools of Ripon, Green Lake, Berlin, Princeton, Markesan, and Laconia. A single $1000 scholarship will be awarded to one student from one of the listed schools. Your completed scholarship application must be returned to Student Services by 3:30 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020

Winnebago County Board Scholarship Program is offered to all high school seniors who reside in Winnebago County and plan to attend a post secondary educational institution. Available in Student Services. Deadline March 23, 2020

The CAPP Scholarship is awarded to high school Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) students who have been admitted to UW Oshkosh as entering freshmen. Applicant must apply during their senior year in high school. Applicant must have either successfully completed at least one CAPP course or be currently enrolled in a CAPP course at the time of application. Recipients must be enrolled full-time the semester the award is disbursed. This scholarship is not renewable. Students may apply for both the CAPP Scholarship and the CAPP Honors Scholarship; however, students are only eligible to receive one of the awards.

The Thomas H. Lutsey-Waseda Farms Scholarship is a four-year $10,000 scholarship for students pursuing an agriculture career that will benefit our rural Wisconsin communities.  Deadline April 1 2020

The Wisconsin Bankers Foundation (WBF) is scholarship program is open to all graduating high school seniors who will be furthering their education at a Wisconsin state-accredited college, university, or state-operated technical school. Applicants may plan to enroll on a full- or part-time basis, but must show proof of enrollment for a minimum of eight (8) credits. Note: students planning to attend a government military academy or privately run trade school are not eligible to apply. Four awards of $2,000 each will be given to qualified applicants. Completed applications must be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2020.

Waushara County Master Gardener Association is pleased to offer a $500 scholarship to a graduate of the class of 2020 who is a resident of Waushara County and is planning to pursue further education in the field of agriculture, forestry, turf management, landscaping, or any other related field. Deadline: April 1, 2020

Joan Ballweg Leadership Scholarship: Students must be graduating with at least a 3.0 average on a 4.0 point scale and must reside in the 41st Assembly District of Wisconsin State Legislature. Application available in Student Services.  Deadline: April 3,2020 

Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship.This scholarship is from the Waushara Chamber of Commerce. Monies have been donated to the Chamber to award a graduating high school or current college student who resides in Waushara County or attends school in Waushara County and will be pursuing a degree in Business or Education. Your completed scholarship application must be returned to Student Services by 3:30 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 

The Berlin Bulldog Football and Cheerleading program offers a scholarship program for eligible students who participated in the Berlin Bulldog program. The Scholarship Fund will provide two $500 scholarships.Deadline April 3, 2020

The Bruce A. Williams Scholarship Foundation is offering three, $1,000.00 scholarships.  Preference for these scholarships will be given to those individuals entering a four-year Criminal Justice program or a two-year Police Science program on a full-time basis. Deadline: April 3

The County Cupboard Scholarship of Waushara County is offering a $750 scholarship to a graduate of the class of 2020 who is a resident of Waushara County. Application available in Student Services. Deadline: April 15, 2020

Carrie Crystal Stuckert Memorial Art Scholarship: Two $2,000 and three $1,000 scholarships for students who will major in Visual Arts including Art Therapy. Available in Student Services. Deadline April 20th, 2020.

AB Nicholas Scholarship: The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation seeks to make a college degree affordable for Wisconsin high school students who participate as players or managers in their school’s basketball program. Need-based scholarships, renewable annually, are offered for two- and four-year programs at any University of Wisconsin System school. Deadline is April 30th, 2020.

B.Davis Scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any post secondary institution. Deadline: May 22, 2020

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution. Deadline: June 12, 2020

The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. In order to do our part we are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student.
