Berlin High School currently has to separate forms of retrieving your high school transcript. If you graduated in any year before the beginning of the 2009 school year, you will need to use Form 1 to request your transcripts. Any graduates that graduated high school in the year 2009 and later will need to use the new online transcript request method by selecting Form 2.
