Berlin High School Local Scholarship: The local scholarship application period is from March 1st-22nd, 2019. No early submissions will be accepted, and ALL APPLICATION MUST BE TYPED. Turn in applications to
Mrs. Sobieski in the office by 3:30pm on March 22, 2019.

Fastweb: Fastweb provides access to over 1.5 million scholarships to help pay for college. Students create an account and Fastweb sorts through all scholarship files to match students with relevant applications.

Fox River Scholarship Center: The Fox River Scholarship Center is the most complete online source for scholarships available to students in the Wisconsin counties of Winnebago, Green Lake and Waushara Counties, and the City of Ripon in Fond du Lac County. The site also serves students from other regions of the United States if their parents work for certain employers based in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area.

Scholarships.com: This search engine helps match scholarships, grants and other financial aid options that fit student interests and plans.

Individual Scholarship Information:

Badger Mining Scholarship will be awarded to a student intending to pursue a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Environmental Science. Preference shall be given first to Mining Engineering applicants, then to other engineering curriculum and/or Environmental Science applicants. The School Scholarship Selection Committee may, in the absence of applicants for these curricula, consider qualified applicants pursuing other degrees. Application is available in Student Services. Deadline: March 22, 2019

ASCE Scholarship: The Fox River Valley Branch of the Wisconsin Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers provides scholarships to high school students who are pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering and/or a Civil Engineering related field. Deadline: March 30, 2019

Joan Ballweg Leadership Scholarship: Students must be graduating with at least a 3.0 average on a 4.0 point scale and must reside in the 41st Assembly District of Wisconsin State Legislature.Deadline: April 1, 2019

The Thomas H. Lutsey-Waseda Farms Scholarship is a four-year $10,000 scholarship for students pursuing an agriculture career that will benefit our rural Wisconsin communities.  Deadline April 1 2019

Waushara County Area Democrats Scholarship: It is desired to provide a scholarship valued at $500.  Any graduating high school senior of Berlin, Tri-County, Wautoma, Westfield and Wild Rose who reside in Waushara County is invited to apply. Applicants can be of any political affiliation. Available in Student Services.
Deadline: April 1, 2019 at 9:00 am.

The Waushara County Farm Bureau Gordon Krentz Memorial Scholarship is offering a scholarship to a current Waushara County Farm Bureau member or a son/daughter of a current Waushara County Farm Bureau member with a post-secondary education commitment and a current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (B average).  This “B” average must be maintained through your post-secondary education first semester or the scholarship money will be forfeited. Deadline April 1, 2019

The Waushara County Farm Bureau Jim and Charlotte Bleskey Memorial Scholarship is offering a scholarship to a resident of Waushara County that is pursuing a degree/career in an agricultural related field. The scholarship is available to anyone pursuing higher education. An applicant can only receive the scholarship once.  Applicants are not required to be Farm Bureau members, but a priority will be given to applicants or their parents that are members. Deadline April 1, 2019

Waushara County Home and Community Education Association Scholarship:  The Waushara County HCE Association awards two $500 scholarships to deserving Waushara County college students.  Students must be enrolled in a college, university or technical school majoring in the field of family and consumer sciences, agriculture, medicine or education. Deadline April 1, 2019

Waushara County Master Gardener Association is pleased to offer a $500 scholarship to a graduate of the class of 2019 who is a resident of Waushara County and is planning to pursue further education in the field of agriculture, forestry, turf management, landscaping, or any other related field. Deadline: April 1, 2019

Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation Scholarship. This foundation offers  scholarships to students pursuing post-secondary education in fields related to the restaurant and hospitality industries such as Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Food Science. Deadline: April 1, 2019

The Waushara County Retired Teachers Association will award two $300 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who live in Waushara County or attend high school in Waushara County and who will be enrolled in an accredited two or four year post-secondary school.  Preference may be given to a students entering the field of education. Deadline: April 1, 2019

Deprey-Skyline Family Information Technology Scholarship is available to college-bound students graduating from high school and pursuing a degree in a computer-related field. Deadline April 2, 2019

Challenge the Outdoors, Inc.: A $500 scholarship to a disabled senior that is pursuing a post secondary education.  Deadline: April 10, 2019

The County Cupboard Scholarship of Waushara County is offering a $750 scholarship to a graduate of the class of 2019 who is a resident of Waushara County. Deadline: April 15, 2019

Carrie Crystal Stuckert Memorial Art Scholarship: Two $2,000 and three $1,000 scholarships for students who will major Visual Arts major including Art Therapy. Deadline April 26th, 2019.

Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship.This scholarship is from the Waushara Chamber of Commerce. Monies have been donated to the Chamber to award a graduating high school or current college student who resides in Waushara County or attends school in Waushara County and will be pursuing a degree in Business or Education.  Application is available in Student Services. Deadline: April 27, 2019

AB Nicholas Scholarship: The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation seeks to make a college degree affordable for Wisconsin high school students who participate as players or managers in their school’s basketball program. Need-based scholarships, renewable annually, are offered for two- and four-year programs at any University of Wisconsin System school. Deadline is April 30th, 2019.

Kids’ Chance of Wisconsin is an organization providing educational scholarships to the children of Wisconsin workers who have been seriously injured or killed due to work-related accidents.  Deadline is May 1, 2019.

The Green Lake County Farm Bureau is offering scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to continue their education with a two or four-year course of study. Students planning to pursue an education in an agriculture related field will receive first consideration.  Student or student’s parents must have a membership in Green Lake County Farm Bureau.  Student and parents must work four hours each at the Green Lake County Farm Bureau Fair food stand at the Green Lake County Fair in August of the year they graduate. Deadline May 1, 2019

Waushara County June Dairy Breakfast Committee 2019 Scholarship is pleased to offer a $500 scholarship. This scholarship is available to a high school graduate or current college student who will be pursuing further education towards a 4 year bachelor’s degree, a two year technical school degree or a degree from the University of Wisconsin College of Agriculture Short Course. Preference will be given to applicants who are pursuing a degree in an agricultural field of study. Deadline May 1, 2019

Hammett, Bellin & Oswald Law & Justice Scholarship is open to all first year freshman who will be attending an accredited College or University during the 2019-2020 school year. Special consideration will be given to a student who is interested in pursuing a career in law and meets the requirements. $750.00 will be awarded to one student for use towards their school costs. Deadline: May 31, 2019

Wisconsin Towns Association Scholarship Program: Rural Mutual Insurance Company, Wisconsin Towns Association, and Scott Construction, Inc. are again offering the following scholarships to winners of an essay contest.  Scholarships will be awarded on the following basis. -Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded, one each to the highest ranking boy and highest ranking girl from a town or village insured by Rural Mutual Insurance Company as of May 1, 2019. - Five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to the top five additional students.
